The Honor Academy uses a series of tests and interviews to apply your skills and strengths to the ministry of Teen Mania. In your ministry placement, you will develop professionally and at the same time, be making a difference in your generation.

You will serve 27 hours each week in your ministry placement; experiencing both leadership training and professional development under the guidance and coaching of our experienced Teen Mania staff.

The ministries of Acquire the Fire, Global Expeditions and Extreme Camps are almost entirely run, both logistically and operationally, by young adults just like you!
