- Sleeping bag/pillow
- Toiletries (toothbrush, shampoo, towel, shower shoes, ECT.)

- Enough clothes for 2 days (jeans, nice shirt)
- Exercise clothes (shorts must be finger tip length) t-shirt, sneakers.
- Light jacket, sweater for fall weather
- Active clothes for ropes course
- Bible, notebook, pen
