Travel Arrangements

We recommend making travel arrangements at least 6 to 8 weeks prior to your August 17th arrival day.

Driving to Campus

If you plan on driving to campus we highly recommend that you arrive before 12pm so that we can quickly serve you before the airport shuttles begin arriving.

Our physical address for driving directions is: 22392 FM 16 West, Lindale, TX 75771. We are located approximately 1 1/2 hours from Dallas, TX on Interstate 20, exit 548.

The Honor Academy experience begins promptly at 3pm. Once you complete registration you will not be allowed to leave campus until after Gauntlet (approx. 1 week). If you are driving with guests and plan to keep your car please make sure that they have their own transportation arranged, as you will not be available to drive them to the airport.

Also, we kindly ask that you do not plan on arriving to campus before Arrival Day as we will be busily preparing for your arrival.

Flying to Campus

Our campus is located approximately 90 miles east of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. To serve incoming interns who may be arriving by air we offer an arrival day airport shuttle to campus.

Here is what you will need to know: 

1. Book your flight to arrive on Friday, August 17, 2012 by 12pm CST. 
2. Make sure to fly into the Dallas Fort-Worth International Airport (DFW) 
3. Our shuttles will depart from baggage claim B23 between 10am – 12pm. 
4. Register for the shuttle by Friday, July 27, 2012!
   1. If you register for the shuttle prior to July 1, 2011 then your shuttle fee will be waived!
